U.S. 95 Thorncreek Road to Moscow breakfast meeting Tuesday (July 12)

Information kiosk will be at Moscow Farmers Market Saturday (July 9)

LEWISTON - A breakfast meeting to provide an update about the U.S. 95 Thorncreek Road to Moscow project will be held Tuesday (July 12), the Idaho Transportation Department announced.

The meeting will be at the Mark IV Restaurant, 414 N. Main St. in Moscow from 7 to 8 a.m. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at this time and location.

At Tuesdays breakfast meeting, project staff will discuss the latest developments on the project and answer questions.

The breakfast meeting topics will be:

  • Construction update for Top of Lewiston Hill to Genesee and Genesee to Thorncreek Road projects
  • Status of the environmental studies and alternatives/alignments for Thorncreek Road to Moscow

Scheduled transportation department speakers are Dave Kuisti, Ken Helm and Zach Funkhouser who are working on the Thorncreek to Moscow study, and Drew Woods who supervises construction projects from the top of Lewiston hill to Thorncreek.

Coffee will be provided at the breakfast meeting. Attendees are encouraged to order breakfast at their own expense.

The information kiosk, currently located at the Palouse Mall, will be at the Moscow Farmers Market on Saturday (July 9). The Farmers Market is downtown in the Friendship Square parking lot from 8 a.m. to noon. ITD staff will be available to answer questions.

The kiosk will return to the Palouse Mall, 1850 W. Pullman Road, after the Farmers Market.
