Interstate 15 near Montana border reopens to traffic
REXBURG - Interstate 15 near the Montana border reopened to traffic at approximately 11:30 a.m. today (Dec. 29), the Idaho Transportation Department announced. The interstate was closed earlier this morning because of strong winds and drifting snow on the roadway.
