Portion of Centennial Trail through Post Falls relocated temporarily in Beck Road Interchange project
COEUR D’ALENE – Approximately 4,600 feet of the Centennial Trail will be relocated temporarily as part of the Interstate 90 Beck Road Interchange project in Post Falls. The project will construct a new interchange at milepost 1, just east of the Washington/Idaho state line.
Relocation of the trail will begin Friday (July 13) and go through Saturday (July 14). This portion of
the trail will be gravel until the permanent trail section is constructed as part of the interchange project. The trail will be clearly marked for bicyclists and pedestrians.
The project was designed by H.W. Lochner Engineering, of Boise, and is being constructed by Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction Company of Draper, Utah.
Completion is expected by late November.
