Work on Rexburg interchange (Exit 333) on southbound U.S. 20 will take place Thursday (Aug. 2)
RIGBY – A one-day project for work on the middle Rexburg interchange (Exit 333) on southbound U.S. 20 will occur Thursday (Aug. 2), the Idaho Transportation Department announced.
Maintenance workers will patch the deck of the southbound overpass lanes. The crew will finish patching the deck of the south Rexburg interchange at Exit 332 today (Wednesday, Aug. 1).
Travel will be reduced to one lane, and the speed limit will be reduced to 45 miles per hour.
Commercial haulers moving loads wider than 12 feet need to contact maintenance operations manager Ken Hahn (208-745-5640) in advance for special authorization to pass through the construction zone.
Motorists should watch for merging traffic, construction workers and equipment.
