Culverts will be replaced on Idaho 97 near Arrow Road; expect delays
COEUR d’ALENE – Motorists can expect delays and lane closures as crews replace two culverts on Idaho 97 near Arrow Road beginning Tuesday (Sept. 18), the Idaho Transportation Department announced. The two 24-inch metal culverts have failed and are causing problems with the roadway.
Work will be done during daylight hours, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day. Motorists can expect delays of up to 30 minutes.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane, and flaggers will guide traffic through the work-zone. Drivers might consider alternate routes during construction.
The project is expected to take three days.
