REMINDER: Closure for paving work in Buhl Wednesday
BUHL – Minor intersection improvements will be completed at the U.S. 30/Idaho 46 junction on Wednesday (Oct. 10) and a portion of Clear Lakes Road will be closed during the work, the Idaho Transportation Department announced.
Beginning at about 8 a.m., crews will be milling rutted areas of asphalt and repaving about 100 feet of Clear Lakes Road north from the intersection. To expedite the work, the roadway will be closed for the duration of the work and a detour set. The work is expected to be completed in one day.
The detour will take traffic west on Broadway to Elm Avenue and north to Clear Lakes Road. Clear Lakes Road will be closed south of Elm Avenue to through traffic, but access will be open to homes and businesses from the north.
Drivers are urged to use caution through the intersection and watch for crew members and equipment.
