Eagle and Chinden intersection paving and striping rescheduled for tonight (Dec. 12)
MERIDIAN – The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has rescheduled the repaving and restriping of the southbound lanes at the Eagle Road and Chinden Boulveard intersection for tonight (Wednesday, Dec. 12).
Crews were unable to do this work last night due to weather conditions.
Flaggers will direct traffic from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., and there will be limited access at night to the intersection. At least one lane in each direction will remain open. Access to businesses will remain open.
ITD is scheduled to complete the project by late December.

When complete, the improvements will preserve the surface of Eagle Road, relieve congestion and improve safety on this important corridor.
