Free ITD-sponsored workshops offer tips on marketing to construction industry
BOISE – Construction contractors and suppliers may learn how to market their services and products to prospective project owners and general contractors at free full-day workshops coming to three Idaho locations:
Thursday, Jan. 31, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., at Trico Construction, Inc., 4688 W. Chinden Boulevard in Garden City.
Thursday, Feb. 14, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m., at the Idaho Transportation Department District One Office, 600 W. Prairie in Coeur d’Alene.
Thursday, Feb. 28, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., at the Idaho Transportation Department District Five Office, 5151 South 5th in Pocatello.
The program will be presented by Steve “Kiwi” Hunt of Trico Construction Inc., and is sponsored by Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) DBE Supportive Services.
Topics will include “Marketing to Contractors,” “Distributing Marketing Materials,” “Effective Marketing to the Right Person” and “Networking.”
