Interagency Working Group (IWG) meets July 12 in Boise
BOISE - The Interagency Working Group (IWG) will meet from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on July 12, the Idaho Transportation Department announced. The meeting will be at the departments headquarters complex in the annex building, east conference room, 3293 Jordan St., Boise.
IWGs mission is to provide leadership in developing coordinated, responsible and integrated public transportation systems in Idaho.
Agenda items will include project updates on the Pocatello Regional Transit Initiative and the Twin Falls Initiative, and developing proposals to meet IWG objectives.
The groups members include representatives from the transportation department, Division of Medicaid, Community Transportation Association of Idaho, Commission on Aging, Department of Health and Welfare, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Department of Commerce and Labor, Department of Education, Council on Developmental Disabilities, Idaho Head Start Association and the Office of the Governor.
