Funding, recommendations and updates on PTAC agenda Friday
BOISE - Funding, project recommendations and updates will be discussed by members of the Public Transportation Advisory Committee (PTAC) during a statewide teleconference Friday (May 10) at 10 a.m. (MDT).
The public is invited to participate by calling (888) 706-6468 toll free and entering participant code 64827943.
The committee will consider an emergency funding request from northern Idaho and project recommendations for meeting transportation needs of the elderly and people with disabilities in south-central Idaho.
Participants also will discuss Idaho’s Transit Asset Management System and progress on an intercity proposal request.
PTAC was created to advise the Idaho Transportation Department on issues related to public transportation. It is composed of six members, one representing each of ITD’s administrative districts.
