Access to Parks Road from U.S. 95 closed May 21-22 for utilities relocation
COEUR d'ALENE - As part of the Chilco/Silverwood section of the Garwood to Sagle reconstruction, access to Parks Road from U.S. 95 will be prohibited Tuesday and Wednesday (May 21-22) for relocation of utilities, the Idaho Transportation Department announced.
Access will be closed beginning at 8 a.m. on May 21 to 6 p.m. on May 22. Electronic message boards on U.S. 95 also will be used to announce the upcoming closure.
Drivers are encouraged to finds alternate routes during this work.
Scarsella Brothers, of Kent, Wash., is the contractor on the $36 million project.
