Signal at Idaho 44 and Fisher Park Lane will be turned off Tuesday night

EAGLE – Work at the intersection of Idaho 44 and Fisher Park Lane will require the signal to be turned off overnight Tuesday night (June 4) as part of the improvement from Linder Road to Ballantyne Lane, the Idaho Transportation Department announced.

Flaggers will direct traffic through the intersection from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Traffic will be restricted to one lane at various times during the night. The signal will be back in operation by Wednesday morning.

Please remember to slow down, pay attention in construction zones, and respect the safety of construction workers. Motorists should expect delays during construction, and patience is appreciated. Drivers should allow extra time for possible delays during travel and, if possible, find an alternate route.

Over the next several months, crews will rebuild the Idaho 44/Linder Road intersection and widen Idaho 44 to five lanes. Construction is expected to be completed by this fall.
