LEWISTON - A breakfast meeting to provide an update about the U.S. 95 Thorncreek Road to Moscow project will be held Tuesday (April 11), the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) announced.

The meeting will be at the Sandpiper Grill Restaurant, 414 N. Main St. in Moscow, from 7 to 8 a.m. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at this same time and location.

This month's featured speaker is Dave Aspitarte, principle and founder of Bionomics Environmental, Inc. based in Boise. Mr. Aspitarte conducted Phase 1 of the project noise study and will conduct the Phase 2 noise analysis.  In Phase 2, noise will be measured in the field and a computer analysis completed to model both the present and future noise levels.
