Repair of broken median concrete rails on I-84 between Cole and Orchard closes two westbound lanes
BOISE - The two left-hand westbound lanes on Interstate 84 between Cole and Orchard will close today (Tuesday, Aug. 6) as Idaho Transportation Department crews repair solid concrete median rail damaged by a passenger car last week.
The closure is expected to start at 9 a.m., after the morning commute, and continue through approximately 3 p.m. About 60 feet of damaged rail will be replaced.
