Repair on I-84 Cole/Overland ramp to restrict lanes tomorrow (Oct. 22)
BOISE - ITD will seal cracks in the eastbound off-ramp at Cole/Overland roads tomorrow (Tuesday, Oct. 22) as a preventative measure.
Starting around 9:30 am, maintenance crews will begin work on Exit 50B, working first on the left lane, then on the right lane. Traffic will be restricted to one lane in the immediate area of the repair. The project is expected to finish by 3 pm.
The maintenance now, estimated at $1,000, is designed to prevent a much higher expense later if water is allowed to penetrate the surface and cause extensive damage this winter.
