Spring breakup speed restriction on Idaho 41 cancelled tomorrow morning
COEUR d'ALENE – A speed-limit restriction on a 31-mile stretch of Idaho 41, from the junction with Idaho 53 to the junction with U.S. 2, will be removed Friday morning (March 21) at 6 a.m. The restriction has been in place since Feb. 20 to protect the road and travelers until warmer spring weather solidified the road base.
Speed and/or weight restrictions remain on sections of Idaho 1, Idaho 3, and Idaho 57 in north Idaho.
