Work begins next week on U.S. 95 bridge south of White Bird
LEWISTON – Work starts Monday (June 2) to resurface a bridge on U.S. 95 in Idaho County, the Idaho Transportation Department announced.
The Award Bridge is eight miles south of White Bird at milepost 216. The project also involves paving the approaches to the bridge.

Drivers are advised to expect delays of up to 15 minutes. A temporary traffic light and flaggers will direct traffic.
Cannon Builders, Inc., of Blackfoot, is the contractor on the $1.1 million project. The resurfacing is scheduled to be finished by Aug. 5.
