Emergency sewer-line repair in Garden City restricts Chinden tonight
BOISE - Crews are making emergency repairs to a non-working sewer line in Garden City overnight, restricting lanes of Chinden Boulevard between 45th and 46th streets tonight (Thursday, June 5).
Both westbound lanes will close at 9 pm and traffic will be shifted into one eastbound lane in the affected area. The project is expected to be finished and lanes reopened by 5 am Friday.
Titan Technologies, of Boise, is the public works contractor on this project for Garden City. ITD issued an emergency permit for the work and has oversight responsibility for Chinden Boulevard, (U.S. 20).
