Concrete median to be installed at Eagle Road near Fairview Tuesday through Thursday nights (May 30-June 1)
BOISE - Nighttime work at the intersection of Eagle Road (Idaho 55) and Fairview Avenue may include lane closures between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., the Idaho Transportation Department announced. All the work will be done at night on Tuesday through Thursday (May 30-June 1). There will be no daytime lane closures after 6 a.m.
Crews will install a concrete median curb on Eagle Road for about 500 feet south of the intersection with Fairview. The curb is designed to improve safety for motorists on Eagle Road by preventing left turns from the shopping area at the southwest corner of the intersection onto northbound Eagle Road.
Traffic may be reduced to one lane in each direction on Eagle Road during the work.
