Lane restrictions set next week for repair to Chinden Boulevard manhole
BOISE — Lane restrictions will be in place for the eastbound lanes of Chinden Boulevard (U.S. 20/26) Monday through Friday (Nov. 3-7) for manhole repairs, the Idaho Transportation Department announced.
The eastbound right lane of Chinden between Five Mile and Maple Grove will close for repairs Monday at 9 a.m and will last about six hours. The lane will remain closed to traffic until Friday in order for concrete to cure. Traffic will be diverted into the eastbound left lane during those repairs.
A message board will be in place for the entire week in the work zone. ITD reminds drivers to use caution when driving in the area.
