Gowen Road Interchange eastbound I-84 off-ramp will close TONIGHT (Dec. 23)
BOISE – The Gowen Road Interchange eastbound Interstate 84 off-ramp will close tonight (Dec. 23), the Idaho Transportation Department announced.
The closure will begin at 8 p.m. and the off-ramp will reopen at 5 a.m. Wednesday. Motorists may access Gowen Road from the Broadway Avenue Interchange via Production Street during the ramp closure.

Work is weather-dependent.
The closure will allow crews to pave Gowen Road from S. Eisenman Road to Federal Way. Once paving is complete, traffic on Gowen Road will shift to the north. This will allow crews to begin rebuilding and
widening the south side of Gowen Road.
Knife River Corporation, of Boise, is the contractor for this $27 million project.
