Interstate 84 lane reduction planned in Canyon County Wednesday
BOISE--The right lane of eastbound Interstate 84 in Canyon County will be reduced between milepost 29 and milepost 31 on Jan. 14 (Wednesday) so crews can collect information to assess and analyze pavement conditions in the area, the Idaho Transportation Department announced.
Pavement drilling is scheduled to occur between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., and is weather-dependent.
ITD continues to monitor and gather information about this stretch of I-84 and its pavement condition.
Motorists are encouraged to slow down and pay attention in the work zone.
