I-84 eastbound off-ramp at Gowen Interchange will be closed TONIGHT (Jan. 26)
BOISE – The eastbound Interstate 84 off-ramp will be closed at the Gowen Road Interchange tonight (Monday, Jan. 26), the Idaho Transportation Department announced.
The closure will begin at 8 p.m., and the off-ramp will reopen at 5 a.m. tomorrow (Jan. 27). Motorists may access Gowen Road from the Broadway Avenue Interchange via Production Street during the ramp closure.

Last night, crews began striping the eastbound off-ramp as part of shifting traffic on Gowen Road. Due to weather, the paint did not adhere to the asphalt surface on the eastbound off-ramp. The ramp will be closed tonight to allow crews to finish the paint.
Knife River Corporation, of Boise, is the contractor for this $27 million project.
