Kelley has never had an at-fault crash in four decades of driving for UPS. He’ll reach the 40-year mark in August. In that time, he's logged more than three million miles behind the wheel.
Kelley’s "Exemplary Driver Award" is part of the annual Idaho Highway Safety Summit May 5-6 sponsored by the Idaho Transportation Department’s Office of Highway Safety, geared toward highway-safety professionals and law enforcement.
