UPDATE: Culvert replacement on Idaho 6 will be rescheduled after fire
LEWISTON - Replacement of a collapsed culvert on Idaho 6 north of Harvard, which would have called for a three-day closure, will be delayed until the current fire situation is resolved, the Idaho Transportation Department announced.
