Public hearing in Kamiah for comments on proposed 129,000-pound truck routes CANCELED due to fires
BOISE - An Idaho Transportation Department public hearing planned in Kamiah tomorrow (Thursday, Aug. 27) to gather comments on applications allowing trucks weighing up to 129,000 pounds on sections of U.S. 12, Idaho 13 and Idaho 162 has been canceled because of fires in the area.
The meeting was planned for Thursday from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Kamiah Elementary School multi-purpose room, 711 9th Street.
An opportunity for public comment on the applications will be rescheduled when wildfire conditions improve.
