I-84 westbound off-ramp at Gowen Interchange will close Thursday night (Sept. 24)
BOISE – The Interstate 84 westbound off-ramp at the Gowen Road Interchange will be closed Thursday night (Sept. 24). The overnight closure will allow crews to install light posts on the ramp.
The westbound off-ramp will close at 8 p.m. and reopen at 5 a.m. Motorists will be detoured to Gowen Road via the Eisenman Interchange.

ITD is replacing the I-84 Gowen Road Interchange to increase capacity and allow for a smoother flow of traffic.
