UPDATE: All lanes cleared after small plane landed on I-84 in Boise; aircraft moved from scene
BOISE--All lanes of traffic have reopened on eastbound Interstate 84 in Boise near the Orchard Interchange (milepost 52), after a small aircraft landed on the roadway around 7 a.m.
The aircraft has been moved from the scene and the Federal Aviation Administration is leading the investigation into what caused that plane to land on the interstate.
