Meridian Road at Interstate 84 will be fully open by Tuesday morning (Dec. 15)
MERIDIAN – All remaining lane restrictions on Meridian Road at Interstate 84 will be removed Monday night (Dec. 14). The newly improved section of Meridian Road, between Central Drive and Overland Road, is expected to be fully open by Tuesday morning (Dec. 15).
This work is weather dependent.
Lanes have been restricted between the I-84 ramps as crews finished constructing islands and shoulders at the new I-84 Meridian Interchange.
Removing all lane restrictions and opening Meridian Road is the final phase of construction for the interchange-replacement project.

Improvements to Meridian Road have included widening the roadway between Central Drive and Overland Road and adding sidewalk, bicycle lanes and dual left-turn lanes for each I-84 ramp at the Meridian Interchange.
