I-84 now open between Burley and Utah line
SHOSHONE – Drifting and visibility conditions have improve enough that Interstate 84 is reopened to traffic. It closed early Wednesday due to dangerous driving conditions between the I-86 junction and the Utah state line.
In addition to I-84 being reopened, Idaho 81 in eastern Cassia County has been reopened to traffic as well. Drivers are reminded to use caution as blowing and drifting snow is still present and winter driving conditions are expected to continue throughout the day.
Idaho 46 between Gooding and the U.S. 26 junction near Fairfield remains closed at this time with no projection for reopening.
