Work begins March 21 on Pennsylvania Avenue in Coeur d’Alene
COEUR d'ALENE - Crews from the Idaho Transportation Department will begin safety bridge work under Pennsylvania Avenue in Coeur d’Alene March 21. The work, which involves excavating earth from behind the existing bridge columns for equipment access and installation of the failing bridge-girder support system, will extend through April 1.
Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed to through traffic from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday. The city of Coeur d'Alene will provide a detour route for traffic.
