Repairs to railroad track on Eagle Road to occur overnight May 21, detour will be in place
BOISE—Repairs to the railroad crossing on Eagle Road (Idaho 55) between Pine Avenue and Franklin Road are scheduled to occur Saturday May 21 through Sunday morning May 22.
A segment of Eagle Road will close Saturday May 21 from 10 p.m. until 10 a.m. May 22 so that Boise Valley Railroad can complete repairs on the tracks.
A detour will be in place during the closure between Pine Avenue and Franklin Road. Posted signs will direct motorists through the detour. Details of that route will be released in the coming days. Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area if possible as the detour route will likely be congested.
Local business access will be maintained.
