BOISE—Repairs to the railroad crossing on Eagle Road (Idaho 55) between Pine Avenue and Franklin Road are scheduled to occur Saturday, May 21, through Sunday morning, May 22.
A segment of Eagle Road will close Saturday from 10 p.m. until 10 a.m. Sunday as Boise Valley Railroad completes repairs on the tracks.
A detour will be in place during the closure between Pine Avenue and Franklin Road. Posted signs will direct motorists through the detour route on Franklin Road, onto Locust Grove and Pine Avenue around the work zone. Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area if possible as the detour route will likely be congested.
Local business access will be maintained.
