Idaho 67 resurfacing work to begin in Mountain Home in late May
BOISE—Work to resurface Idaho 67 (Airbase Road) in Mountain Home will begin in late May. This pavement rehabilitation work is intended to preserve the road and avoid costly repairs in the future.
Construction will occur along a nine-mile stretch of the highway from the main entrance at Mountain Home Air Force Base to the intersection of Idaho 51.
*The project is scheduled to be complete in late August.
*Work will occur during daytime hours Monday through Friday, and occasional weekends.
*Lane reductions and a speed limit decrease will be in place, with flaggers assisting motorists through the work zone.
Many construction projects will be occurring across southwest Idaho this year. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead and check 511.idaho.gov for the latest road and traffic conditions before heading out.
