Overnight I-84 ramp closures at Northside Boulevard Interchange scheduled June 5-7 for paving in Nampa
BOISE –Interstate 84 construction in Canyon County will continue this week with several overnight interchange ramp closures.
• Tonight (June 5), the Franklin Boulevard westbound on-ramp and Northside Boulevard westbound off-ramp will be closed. Motorists will not be able to enter westbound I-84 at Franklin Boulevard or exit at Northside Boulevard between 7 p.m. Monday and 5 a.m. Tuesday.
• On Tuesday night (June 6), the Northside Boulevard eastbound on- and off-ramps will be closed. Motorists will not be able to enter or exit eastbound I-84 at Northside Boulevard between 7 p.m. Tuesday and 5 a.m. Wednesday.
• On Wednesday night (June 7), the Northside Boulevard westbound on-ramp will be closed. Motorists will not be able to enter westbound I-84 at Northside Boulevard between 7 p.m. Wednesday and 5 a.m. Thursday.

The ramp closures are part of a project to repave I-84 between Nampa and Caldwell this summer. ITD limited major traffic impacts to nights and weekends to keep I-84 open during the weekday commute.
Weather permitting, extended lane restrictions are scheduled for the next three weekends (June 9-12, June 16-19 and June 23-26).
The project will extend the life of the pavement until the interstate can be expanded.
