Traffic delays to be expected as paving begins on Rigby roundabout Nov. 15
RIGBY - Paving on the new Rigby roundabout at the Farnsworth Way and Stockham Blvd. intersection is scheduled to begin Thursday, Nov. 15, and finish Sunday, Nov. 18.
"This roundabout will achieve a smoother traffic flow and easier access," said ITD Eastern Idaho (District 6) Project Manager Randal Brunello, "In turn, it will eliminate safety concerns and increase mobility and economic opportunity."
Drivers can expect traffic delays and are asked to plan ahead and consider an alternate route until paving is completed. The project is expected to be completed by the end of November, with vegetation seeding in spring 2019.
