US-95 Little Rainbow Bridge north of New Meadows to be replaced starting mid-March
BOISE—The replacement of the US-95 Little Rainbow Bridge located approximately 13 miles north of New Meadows, will begin in mid-March.
The bridge has reached the end of its design life. The new structure will include a wider bridge deck and upgraded guardrail among other safety enhancements. Construction will be complete in late-fall.
The work zone will be reduced to one-lane of traffic with flaggers assisting motorists through the area. As construction progresses, signals will be placed on either end of the structure. Motorists are encouraged to slow down and pay attention as crews will be working in the immediate vicinity.
Work will occur during daytime hours.
