Dust abatement project scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday on Idaho 7
LEWISTON - Traffic on Idaho 7 southeast of Orofino will experience minor delays Tuesday and Wednesday (May 17, 18) during a dust abatement project, the Idaho Transportation Department announced.
Crews from Atlas Sand & Rock will apply magnesium chloride on the route between mileposts 37 and 29. Weather permitting, work should be completed Wednesday evening. Crews will work from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.
Motorists are asked to drive slowly and use caution when traveling through the work zone. Flaggers will control traffic. Delays of up to 15 minutes are possible.
