MEDIA ADVISORY: Idaho Governor, DMV and airport officials share importance of getting Star Card, Idaho's Real ID
BOISE— Idaho Governor Brad Little, representatives from the Division of Motor Vehicles, Boise Airport and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will be available to meet members of the media to share information about the importance of getting a Star Card, Idaho's Real ID.
On Oct. 1, 2020, all citizens will be required to have a Star Card or passport to board an airplane anywhere in the United States. The press conference is scheduled exactly one year ahead of that major federal deadline.
