MEDIA ADVISORY: DMV and Kootenai Co. Sheriff's Office to share importance of getting a Star Card
BOISE—Representatives from the Division of Motor Vehicles, Kootenai County Sheriff's Office and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will be available to meet members of the media to share information about the importance of getting a Star Card, Idaho's Real ID.
On Oct. 1, 2020, all citizens will be required to have a Star Card or passport to board an airplane anywhere in the United States. This event is designed to raise awareness about the importance of this federal mandate.
