U.S. 95, Setters to Bellgrove, paving operations to cause traffic delays
COEUR d'ALENE - Paving operations are under way on a four-mile stretch of U.S. 95 south of Coeur d'Alene resulting in brief delays for motorists, the Idaho Transportation Department announced.

Known as Setters to Bellgrove, Stage 1 (mileposts 412-416), it is the second of four projects that will improve approximately 21 miles of Idaho's major north/south route.

Flaggers will guide traffic through the work zone. Motorists can expect delays of up to 15 minutes. The speed limit has been reduced to 50 mph through this and two other ongoing highway construction projects in the U.S. 95 corridor.

Paving is expected to last through June 8. Crews will work on Saturday (June 2).

The prime contractor for the $17 million project is SA Gonzales, of Moses Lake, Wash.  The paving subcontractor is Inland Asphalt, of Spokane.
