District 5 recognizes 285 years of combined service

On May 22, District 5 celebrated a combined 265 years of service accumulated by 14 employees at their Spring 2019 service awards. As many districts do annually, the service awards were celebrated as part of their employee appreciation events in May.

Allong with the other personnel recognitions, the service longevity awards acknowledged the continuing contributions of Terry Jacobsen, who received his 60-year service award and actually hits 61 years in late July.

Terry already owns the longevity record for any state emloyee in Idaho history.
