ITD's MVPs

Besides verbal recognition, ITD employees have another avenue to share their appreciation for the assistance and guidance of co-workers. The department's MVP cards, which are found through the HR site on SharePoint, can play an important role in fostering this appreciation, which is an essential component of job satisfaction.

The goal is to make that appreciation more visible, and to remind employees that this resource exists and can be an important morale-booster.

Here are the MVP cards posted in the last week:

Thanks so much for helping me last Friday to be caught up so that I could move on to my pending project on Monday not feeling pressured by work that was not completed. You totally crushed it!!!!

Nathan is invaluable. He is never too busy to give assistance when called upon, even though he stays very busy with his own work!

Thank you for taking on the propensity of mundane tasks that have to be dropped in priority so often. Doing these with a minimum of bombastic cantankerousness is admirable and much appreciated.

I should have said this long ago, but I really appreciate how you've been able to get me pictures or info anytime I've needed it for the Transporter or any other request for info from D2!
