Vault: No Appetite for Destruction

Note: I wrote this article a half-dozen years ago, but it is as relevant now as it ever was.

Several other organizations recgnized it as timely information, too - the article won second place in the Idaho Press Club feature-writing competition, and it also was given an Award of Merit from Capital City Communicators. Both awards were undoubtedly earned for the importance of the message.

Sgt. Brannan is still with the Garden City Force. My son began Driver's Training this summer, so the highway-safety message is definitely on my mind these days. As a young driver, he would benefit immensely from the safety principles taught in Brannan's class.
