ITD's MVPs

Besides verbal recognition, ITD employees have another avenue to share their appreciation for the assistance and guidance of co-workers. The department's MVP cards, which are found through the HR site on SharePoint, can play an important role in fostering this appreciation, which is an essential component of job satisfaction.

The goal is to make that appreciation more visible, and to remind employees that this resource exists and can be an important morale-booster.

Here are the MVP cards posted in the last week:.

Maggie gets things done before we even think to ask her about them. Wrangling all of us in this office is a full-time job, and she does it as a part-timer...and still has time to spare! She's awesome!

Joey responded to a difficult question from an extremely difficult customer while I was out of the office. Hats off to him for taking charge, doing it well & doing it in a timely manner!

Thank you! You provided the clearest directions of all districts on how you needed the bios upgrades scheduled. The extra work made my job easier.

Thank you for anticipating our Win10 project needs by capturing the time taken to deploy the staging files; and for working night/weekend hours to get it done.
