ITD's MVPs

Besides verbal recognition, ITD employees have another avenue to share their appreciation for the assistance and guidance of co-workers. The department's MVP cards, which are found through the HR site on SharePoint, can play an important role in fostering this appreciation, which is an essential component of job satisfaction.

The goal is to make that appreciation more visible, and to remind employees that this resource exists and can be an important morale-booster.

Here are the MVP cards posted in the last week:

Great job with the EISF ITD Booth. You were always on top of it and did a great job putting it together and organizing. Thanks for taking this over and heading it this year!

Without being asked, he helps out with other's design projects and still gives them all the credit for making progress. A true team player who fosters an environment where work gets done.

Darryl is a rock star. He's always willing to help, even in a pinch. Most recently, he helped me to expedite a new laptop for a contractor, personally imaging it himself to save time. What a guy!
