Pay Increases Approved In an earlier Direct from the Director, it was announced the Idaho Transportation Board approved pay increases for targeted positions. I am pleased to announce all four components of the compensation plan have been approved by the Division of Financial Management and Division of Human Resources. - An increase in salary for employees making less than 80% of their respective pay grade to bring pay rates in alignment with ITD policy; this is a result of legislative action taken to adjust the pay grades upward by 3%. It is important for ITD to follow through on previous commitments made to the employees.
