Respectful Workplace training to begin
for supervisors in September,
all other employees in October

For the last several years, ITD has asked employees to complete online Respectful Workplace Training annually as a part of creating a safe and responsive work environment free from harassment or discrimination.

Supervisors and managers will be completing training in September, with employees following suit starting a month later. The training this year, through ITD’s TalentEd portal, will begin in October and must be completed by December 31.

With the first class for supervisors/managers set to open September 1 at 8 a.m. (MST), this is a good time to start thinking about making the workplace as respectful as possible. The supervisory training is not set by division or district and is on a “first come, first serve” basis, with a maximum of 30 participants per class. Information about the training for all other employees, starting in October, will be sent to you via department email.
