ITD’s Constructive Culture
Is Getting a New Brand Name

The presidential election is not the only poll you may be participating this November. Chief Human Resource Officer Brenda Williams and the Employee Development Strategic Team are determining a new brand name for ITD’s constructive culture efforts and are relying on employees to cast their vote to make the final decision.

Later this month, ITD will be launching an employee poll to determine a new name and logo for ITD’s constructive culture.  A new brand name will provide more clarity and be a universal label for the efforts we have made to drive results and help ITD employees thrive.

ITD’s constructive culture efforts have been progressing steadily over the past year with feedback from 86 employees across the state on what ITD needs to do to make it a better place to work. Based on the feedback from the employee focus groups, ITD engaged the leadership team to improve face-to-face communication, work with employees to connect and prioritize daily work to achieve ITD’s goals, and reduce complexity and volume of work without compromising safety or quality.

Over next few weeks, we encourage you to start considering what ITD’s culture means to you. What is it that makes you most proud to work here? When the voting launches, you will be ready to choose the brand name that resonates the most with ITD’s culture.

In a few weeks, we'll ask you to vote on some options. Employee feedback on a brand name for ITD’s constructive culture journey is just one of the many ways we are engaging with you. Look out for information in the next few weeks on how and when to vote. We look forward to finding out what brand name resonates with you most.
