D3, DeLorenzo recognized for COMPASS awards
ITD’s southwest Idaho construction office (District 3) was recognized with two Leadership in Motion awards by COMPASS (Community Planning Organization of Southwest Idaho) on Dec. 18.
The awards recognize individuals and projects that demonstrate leadership in Supporting COMPASS’ Communities in Motion 2014, the regional long-range transportation plan for Ada and Canyon County.
The Interstate 84 rehabilitation project between Nampa and Caldwell was honored with a Leadership in Government award and Board Member Julie DeLorenzo was recognized with a Leadership by Example award for an appointed official.
In 2016, COMPASS recognized the District 3 team and its successful Broadway Bridge construction project.
